Hengcai is founded in 2007 and located in Weifang City, Shandong Province, China.
We are specializes in manufacturing and supplying a wide range of inkjet digital printing materials.
We have multiple coating lines, cutting machines, weaving machines. Including the first 5.05m textile coating line in China.

With 3 coating lines, including one adhesive coating line, add vinyl, adhesive fabric, dot vinyl products
The new workshop is for textile coating, in the workshop we have weaving area, washing area, with three 3.2m coating lines, one for canvas products coating, the other two for 3.2m backlit textile & blackback textile coating.
Hengcai factory is the first one with 5.05m textile coating line in China. The main products is uv print backlit and blackback textile, it’s working well at EIF, DURST etc 5.05m uv printer well.
It’s an dust free working shop, we add window graphic film, backlit pet film and x-ray film to our product lines.
Our current workshop space is no longer sufficient to meet our needs for continued growth, so we are building a new factory, which is scheduled for completion in 2026. The new facility will enable Weifang Hengcai Digital Photo Materials Co., Ltd. to continue providing customers with stable, high-quality products.
Textile
There are two hot sale textile series, one is backlit textile, the other is blackback blockout textile.
All the max width at 5.05m, print quality of 5.05m are 100% same as 3.2m.
The textiles divide to two different styles by UV and Dye Sub printer, textiles for UV print is little rigid, for dye sub print is more soft and stretchable.
We have 100% polyester, pure cotton and polycotton canvas. Depends on customer inquiry, we have different weight and different surface structure canvas. We are OEM factory for HP Coloropro canvas Products.

Wall Fabric
Not like adhesive wall fabric, our wall fabric need stick to the wall by rice glue, the advantage is super size, max width can be at 5.05m, it’s easy to cover an big wall with our wall fabric.
Dot adhesive products are the most popular product for window graphic use, it’s bubble free and easy to stick and peel off. We have dot adhesive vinyl, pp and pet film.
